We do not accept returns or exchanges of food due to a change of mind or other customer circumstances. If an item is defective, damaged or differs from your order, please contact us with photographs showing its condition.

For orders including personalised picks, cancellation after order confirmation but before production begins incurs only the cost of the personalised picks. Once production has begun, the full order amount is payable.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for reasons on our side, we will refund the full amount paid for the affected order.

Food policies do not automatically apply to non-food goods, lessons or catering.
